Booking & Quotes

How far in advance should I book?
For May–September weekend events, 6–8 weeks out is ideal for the most popular items (Mechanical Bull, big slides, premium combos). Winter and shoulder-season dates are usually flexible 2–3 weeks out. Book sooner rather than later — popular dates fill fast.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We aim to send a personalized quote within 2 hours during business hours. After-hours requests are answered first thing the next morning.
Can I change items after I book?
Yes — you can adjust items up until about 7 days before your event, subject to availability. Anything closer to the date is best discussed by phone so we can confirm we have stock.
Do you offer multi-item or package discounts?
Yes. Multi-item bookings (slide + bouncer, plus carnival games, etc.) get bundled pricing. Mention what you're considering when you request a quote and we'll structure the best package.
Is there a minimum order?
No strict minimum, but very small bookings (one bouncer for 2 hours) may have a slightly higher per-hour rate to cover delivery overhead. Most birthday parties hit a sensible price naturally.

Delivery & Setup

What's your delivery area?
We service most addresses within 75 miles of our warehouse — Connecticut, Westchester County NY, parts of Long Island, Springfield MA area, and the Providence RI area. Delivery is quoted by venue; you'll see the exact cost in your quote before you confirm.
How early do you arrive?
We aim to arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time. That gives us time to set up, anchor, weight, and do a full safety inspection before kids step on.
What do you need on-site?
A clear path to the setup spot (gates wide enough to roll equipment through), a 110V power outlet within 100' of where the inflatable goes (or we bring a generator), and the surface (grass, pavement, or indoor) we agreed to in the quote.
Can the inflatable go on pavement, a deck, or indoors?
Pavement and indoor are both fine — we use weighted sandbags instead of stakes. Wood decks generally don't work (no good anchoring). Tell us your surface during the quote and we'll confirm.
Do you take it down at the end of the event?
Yes. Teardown is included in every rental. We schedule pickup at the end window you select.

Safety & Insurance

Are your inflatables safe?
Every item is inspected by our team before delivery and again on-site after setup. We follow safety standards from the manufacturer plus our own inspection checklist. Stakes (for grass) or sandbags (for hard surfaces) anchor every inflatable.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes — we carry $1M+ general liability. For venues that require it, we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the venue or organization as additionally insured. There's no charge for the COI — just request it when you book.
Do you provide operators?
Most rentals come ready for parent or staff supervision. For the Mechanical Bull and certain interactive inflatables, we provide a trained operator (flagged in your quote).
How many kids can use an inflatable at once?
It depends on the item and the ages of the kids. Standard bouncers safely fit 6–8 kids ages 5–10 at a time. Bigger slides and obstacle courses move kids through in line rather than all at once. The recommended max is on every item's spec card.
What's the minimum age?
Most bouncers are appropriate for ages 3+. Some items (mechanical bull, axe throwing, large slides) have higher minimums — typically 7+ or by height. Check the item page or ask us during the quote.

Weather & Cancellations

What's your weather policy?
We monitor the forecast for your area closely. If conditions become unsafe — high winds (sustained 25+ mph), severe storms, lightning — we work with you to reschedule at no charge or apply a credit toward a future booking.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellations more than 14 days before the event are refundable minus a small processing fee. Inside 14 days, we typically offer to reschedule rather than refund (since we're holding equipment for your date). Full terms are in your rental agreement.
What about light rain?
Light rain is usually fine — inflatables get wet. We may pause use during heavier rain for safety but most parties go on. We do not deflate for rain alone — only for unsafe conditions.
Do you have indoor options if my outdoor date is bad?
Yes. We carry indoor-sized bouncers and smaller obstacle courses that fit in gyms and community centers. If you have an indoor backup plan, tell us at booking and we'll pre-size items that work in both.

Payment & Policies

How do I pay?
We accept credit card, ACH, business check, and POs for established schools, corporations, and non-profits. A deposit is collected to lock the date; balance is due before the event.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes — Connecticut rentals are subject to CT sales tax. NY, MA, and RI rentals follow the respective state's tax rules. Tax appears as a line item on your quote.
Do schools, churches, and non-profits get discounted pricing?
Yes. 501(c)(3) non-profits, public and parochial schools, and registered religious organizations get discounted pricing on most rentals. Mention your status during the quote.
What's the rental period?
Standard rentals are up to 8 hours. We can extend to 12-hour or multi-day setups for an additional per-hour or per-day fee. Most birthday parties fit comfortably in the standard window.

School & Corporate Events

Do you deliver to schools mid-week?
Yes — weekday field days, fun days, and Friday afternoon events are some of our most-booked dates in May and June.
Can you handle large corporate picnics?
Yes. Multi-item setups with crowd-handling staff, 500+ guests, multiple stations — that's a meaningful part of our calendar. We'll plan the layout, queue flow, and staffing.
What about district-level school events?
We do those regularly. Multi-day bookings get reduced per-day pricing. The COI naming the district as additionally insured is included at no charge.
Can we use volunteers to supervise?
For most standard items, yes — we brief volunteers on safety protocols at setup. For the Mechanical Bull and a few interactive items, we require a trained operator (we provide).
