Terms & Conditions

Rental terms & conditions.

These terms govern every Innovative Inflatables rental. If you have questions about any of them before booking, call us at (866) 995-8677 — we're happy to walk through them.

1. Rental Agreement

By placing a deposit or signing a quote, you agree to these terms. The person signing must be 18 or older and authorized to enter into the agreement on behalf of the renter (individual, family, school, business, or non-profit).

The rental period begins at the agreed-upon delivery/setup time and ends at the agreed-upon pickup time. All times are confirmed in writing on your final quote.

2. Payment & Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm and reserve your event date. The deposit amount is shown on your quote and is typically 25–50% of the total.

Balance is due in full prior to or at the time of delivery, unless other arrangements (PO, net terms) have been confirmed in writing in advance.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, ACH, business check, and purchase orders for established schools, corporations, and 501(c)(3) non-profits.

Sales tax is applied where required by state law (Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date: deposit refundable minus a processing fee, or full deposit credit toward a future booking within 12 months.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but we will work to apply it as credit toward a future event within 12 months, subject to availability.

Rescheduling for weather (see Section 5) is always free and does not count against your deposit.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide a safe, level setup location with a clear path for our delivery team to roll equipment from the truck to the setup spot.

Provide a working 110V power outlet within 100 feet of every inflatable's setup location, or arrange (in advance) for us to bring a generator. Every inflatable requires continuous power to its blower for the entire event.

Ensure adult supervision is present at all times while any inflatable is in use.

Enforce the rules posted on each inflatable: no shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, flips, somersaults, or rough horseplay.

Notify us immediately at (866) 995-8677 if you observe any equipment issue, injury, or safety concern.

Do not relocate, modify, or attempt to repair any equipment. If equipment must be moved, call us.

5. Weather Policy

We monitor weather conditions for your event location. If sustained winds reach 25 mph, severe storms are forecast, lightning is present, or other unsafe conditions exist, we will pause use or temporarily deflate inflatables for safety.

If weather makes the event unsafe to conduct: we will work with you to either reschedule at no charge to a future date within 12 months, or apply your full deposit as credit toward a future booking.

Light rain alone does not require cancellation. Inflatables can safely operate in light rain; only sustained heavy rain, wind, or lightning trigger a safety pause.

6. Damage & Equipment Care

Normal wear and tear is expected and not the customer's responsibility.

Damage caused by misuse — including but not limited to: violating posted rules, allowing food/drinks/sharp objects on equipment, exceeding posted age or weight limits, or unauthorized relocation — may result in a damage fee assessed at repair or replacement cost.

Loss or theft of equipment during the rental period is the customer's responsibility up to the equipment's replacement value.

We document equipment condition at delivery and pickup. Photos are taken for any damage observed.

7. Liability & Insurance

Innovative Inflatables carries $1,000,000+ in general liability insurance. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is provided at no charge upon request and can name your venue, school district, or organization as additionally insured.

The customer assumes responsibility for the conduct of guests and supervision of inflatable use during the rental period.

Innovative Inflatables is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, ignoring posted rules, lack of supervision, or use of equipment after we have requested it be paused for safety reasons.

By signing the rental agreement, the customer acknowledges that inflatable amusement carries inherent risks and accepts those risks for themselves and their guests.

8. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery and pickup windows are confirmed on your quote. We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time.

If our team arrives and cannot set up due to issues outside our control (locked gate, blocked access, surface not as described, no power available), we may charge a return-trip fee or, in extreme cases, treat the booking as cancelled with no refund.

Setup and teardown are included in the rental fee. Delivery is quoted per venue based on distance and accessibility, and the exact fee is shown on your final quote before you confirm.

9. Changes & Substitutions

You may add, swap, or remove items up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability. Changes inside 7 days are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

In rare cases of equipment failure or unforeseen unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded item. You will be notified before delivery if any substitution is necessary.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the terms remain in effect.
