How we keep every event safe.
Safety is not an afterthought — it's the entire reason families and schools keep rebooking with us. Here's exactly what we do on every event, and what we ask of you to keep guests safe.
Our safety standards
Pre-delivery inspection
Every inflatable is inspected at the warehouse before it leaves — seams, blowers, anchor points, and ground tarps all go through a checklist. Anything not 100% safe goes back to the workshop or out of rotation.
Anchored and weighted on every setup
On grass, we use heavy-duty stakes driven through ground tarps. On pavement or indoor, we use sandbag ballast (a minimum of 250 lbs per anchor point). No exceptions — we don't leave until every inflatable is properly secured.
Active weather monitoring
Wind speeds, lightning, and severe-weather alerts are tracked for your venue address before and during your event. If conditions become unsafe, we pause use or take inflatables down. Standard industry threshold is 25 mph sustained wind.
$1M+ general liability insurance
Carried at all times. Certificate of Insurance (COI) provided at no charge for any venue that requires it. Naming your school district, town, or corporate venue as additionally insured is standard for us.
Trained operators for interactive items
Mechanical Bull, axe throwing, and other interactive inflatables come with one of our trained operators. They run safety briefings, monitor participants, and handle the equipment for the duration of your event.
On-site safety walkthrough
Before kids step on, we walk through the setup with whoever's supervising — pointing out anchor points, blower outlets, and the safety rules for the specific item.
What we need from you
You agree to these on every rental as part of the rental agreement. They're standard for the industry and they're what keep events safe.

- Enforce age and weight limits posted on each item
- No flips, somersaults, or rough horseplay — these cause most injuries
