How early do you deliver?
Our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up and run a full safety inspection.
What's included with the rental?
Every rental includes delivery to your address, full setup, ongoing safety inspection, and post-event teardown. You don't lift a finger.
What if it rains on my event day?
We monitor the weather closely. If conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge or offer a credit toward a future booking.
Do I need a permit?
Most residential events don't require a permit. Larger venues, public parks, and some town events do — we'll let you know during your quote what to expect for your location.
