First-time renters often ask: "Wait — what do I need to do when you get here?" The honest answer is almost nothing. But it helps to know what to expect so the day runs smoothly. Here's the play-by-play.
60–90 minutes before your event
Our truck rolls up. The crew (usually 2 people for one inflatable; 3–4 for a bigger setup) introduces themselves and confirms the setup spot you discussed during the quote. We walk the route from the truck to the setup spot, looking for any access issues — locked gates, narrow paths, low-hanging branches.
Setup (30–60 minutes)
We unroll the inflatable, position it, run the blower hose, plug into your 110V outlet (or our generator), and let it inflate. While it's inflating, we anchor it down — stakes through ground tarps on grass, sandbag ballast on pavement. Inflatables don't go in without anchoring; this is non-negotiable.
The safety inspection
Before kids touch it, we do a full inspection: blower running smoothly, anchor points all secure, no seam stress, no debris on the deck, the safety entry/exit clear. This takes about 5 minutes and we do it every time.
The safety walkthrough with you
Before we leave, we walk through the rules with whoever's supervising — usually you, a relative, or the school/event coordinator. We point out the blower outlet (don't unplug it), the anchor points (don't move them), the posted capacity, and the basic rules (no shoes, no food, no rough horseplay).
We give you our direct phone line in case anything happens during the event. Then we leave.
During the event
You handle adult supervision. We're a phone call away if you notice anything — wind picking up unexpectedly, a piece of equipment behaving oddly, anything safety-related. For interactive items like the Mechanical Bull, we stay on-site with a trained operator the whole time.
Teardown
We come back at the end of your rental window. Teardown takes about 20–30 minutes per inflatable: deflate, unhook anchors, pack into truck, sweep the area, and we're gone. You don't need to do anything except sign off.

- Our phone number saved: (866) 995-8677
